As a self-employed shop owner with over 35 years of experience in furniture and antiques restoration, I’ve gained insights into long lasting quality of construction, materials, and styles.

I like to share my knowledge of the history and evolution of each unique antique and enjoy offering solutions to customers seeking more substance than a box store's furnishings.

Preserving treasured family heirlooms and purchasing quality future heirlooms helps to reduce the carbon footprint associated with new furniture, such as destruction of forest and transport and warehousing of overseas shipments. 

  My life's effort has saved a mountain of furniture from the landfill, for future generations to enjoy long after I am gone, while providing service to people making changes in their families' homes, and by adding or finding new homes for items that are of good quality and meant to last.
